Modified route from the South (Usual route closed for repair) 1. I-95 North to the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) 2. Take I-695 West toward Towson 3. Take I-83 North toward Hunt Valley and York PA 4. Take I-83 to Exit 27 Mt Carmel Road (6th exit) 5. At top of exit ramp TURN RIGHT. 6. 1/4 mile is YORK ROAD and a traffic light. TURN RIGHT (south) 7. 1 long block is MONKTON ROAD (hidden between two buildings) TURN LEFT 8. Stay on MONKTON ROAD to town of Monkton (Bike Trail) 9. Continue on and up a hill and on far side road forks. LEFT FORK is SHEPPARD ROAD. 10. Continue for a couple of miles to second stop sign (road ends). 11. Turn LEFT onto TROYER ROAD (MD 138). 12. 1.5 miles TURN LEFT onto McCOMAS ROAD. 13. 1.3 miles on the RIGHT. Only farm on right side of road. 14. RR CROSSING SIGN and mailbox has 2336 under it.
From Annapolis | 1. Take I-97 and MD3 to I-695. 2. Take I-695 West to Towson and join above list at item 3
From York PA | 1. Take I-83 South toward Baltimore 2. Second exit after you enter Maryland is MD 439. EXIT 3. At top of ramp TURN RIGHT 4. 7 miles you will find STOP SIGN. This is MD 23. TURN RIGHT 5. 1 mile you will crest hill and intersection with MD 138 (Troyer Road) TURN RIGHT 6. 1.4 miles you will find McCOMAS ROAD (2nd intersection) TURN RIGHT 7. 1.25 miles is RGS East. Grey farm house on RIGHT (Rail Road Cross Bucks)
From North of Baltimore | 1. I-95 SOUTH toward Baltimore. 2. Exit at MD 24 and proceed WEST to Bel Air 3. Take MD 24 to "Y" (approx 1 miles after Bus US-1) take the RIGHT FORK to join MD 1 North 4. Take 2nd exit to join MD 24. This will loop you under MD 1 5. Go approx 2 miles to MD 23 at 4th STOP LIGHT (just passed KLEIN’S MARKET on right) 6. TURN LEFT on MD 23 and go 4 miles to STOP LIGHT at MD 165 7. TURN RIGHT on MD 165 and go 1 mile to MD 23 at STOP LIGHT in JARRETTSVILLE 8. TURN LEFT on MD 23 and go 2 miles to FLASHING LIGHT 9.
