    Got word today that the new modules we were expecting won't be here. Perhaps next year. We have also lost two of our vendors, Peter Todd and Barbara Billings (The Tool Lady).

    WHEN - May 15 to 17, 2009. Open Friday noon, for module and dealer set-up til 11:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. til 11:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to noon for breakdown.

    WHERE - Former BINGO Hall at the Kimberton Fair Grounds.

    WHY - To bring together NARROW GAUGE MODULES for our annual weekend operating session. This meet will NOT be open to the public. (No local advertising).

    FACILITIES - Motel facilities in the area. Campers will be permitted at the fair ground (no water, electric, or waste hookups, however).

    FOOD - Pit Beef & Turkey Lunch with Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and Dessert will be available Saturday. Coffee and donuts will be available Saturday morning.

    WHO'S INVITED - Everyone interested in Narrow Gauge modeling, including spouse and children! Any Narrow Gauger with a module, diorama, equipment to operate, show'n'tell, swap! Dealers and individuals specializing in narrow gauge supplies and equipment.

    REGISTRATION - Weekend use of all facilities - Individual $15, spouse - no charge. Daily rates - Individual $10, spouse - no charge. Children under 16, free when accompanied by an adult.

    DEALERS - PLEASE Pre-Register! Single - $15, spouse - no charge, PLUS $15 for 1st table, and $12 for each additional table. As a result of the over crowding last year, we are forced to issue the following condition: Table space can only be guaranteed on receipt of table fees. If you wish to be placed in a particular location, please indicate when you register.(e.g. - Near front door, against wall, same as last year, etc.) Note also: Table fees will double after April 15, 2009. Tables are 2.5' x 8'. Contact Bruce Saylor or Bob Beebe for space. Room will be secured and guarded at night.

    MODULES - PLEASE Pre-Register! We have over 10,000 square feet for modules and dealers! Contact Bob Beebe in order to fit your module into the appropriate loop.

    ACTIVITIES - Operating Modules: bring your favorite equipment to run. Door prizes. We hope to have some clinics, as well. Bring your old photos of previous module meets for display, date them, if you can.

    CLINICS - Subject, presenter and time will be posted. Those interested in presenting a clinic are asked to contact either Bob Beebe or Bruce Saylor.
